Each product and diamond is graded by a Gemologist. Larger stones are IGI certified.
We stand behind our products and warranty the workmanship and diamond under 1/5ct for 180 days.
If the product is still under warranty, please allow us to:
- Inspect the item
- Have examined by in house gemologist
- Offer solution to address the issue
The process to service or repair an item can take 2-4 weeks.
The warranty will cover defects in work, this includes parts and labor necessary to fix problems which have occurred during normal usage of the jewelry, consistent with the conditions for which it was designed. Depending on the type of jewelry, the Plan would include resizing or re-shanking of rings, clasp replacement, repair of broken chains, repair of worn or broken prongs, repair of broken earring posts or other similar repairs. Minor scratches that occur from normal wear will also be removed in this process.
