How is your jewelry so affordable?

At EX3 Diamond, we use recycled metals and lab-grown diamonds to cut costs and ensure environmentally-friendly production. We also manufacture everything in the United States to eliminate middlemen and bring you lower prices.

How does carat weight work for earrings and pieces with multiple stones?

The total carat weight we list includes all the stones for a particular piece, including both earrings.

Are lab-grown stones really the same as natural diamonds?

Natural diamonds are produced through a combination of heat and pressure on carbon. With our sophisticated machinery, we can imitate this process in a fraction of the time, producing brilliant diamonds in days instead of centuries. Once complete, our lab-grown diamonds are the same as natural diamonds – down to the last atom.

The only way in which our diamonds differ from those found in the Earth’s crust is that ours are conflict-free and environmentally friendly!

Buying Diamonds Online

Is it safe to buy diamonds over the internet?

Absolutely. When you shop EX3 Diamond, you get multiple levels of security to ensure your transaction. First, we use Digicert and secure socket layer encryption to protect your personal information. We also send all orders through insured mail to protect your package until its arrival. Lastly, you get a certificate stating that diamonds have been tested and examined by the IGI (International Gemological Institute).

Is mailing diamonds safe?

Of course! We insure all packages and require a signature upon delivery. Each package is sent directly to the confirmed address, and we take full responsibility for the jewelry within until it's been signed for.

Will the jewelry I receive be exactly what’s listed on the product page?

We do our best to recreate each style you see in the pictures, but there will be some variation from piece to piece. Because we use genuine materials, stone quality, diamond specifications, and gram weight could vary slightly.

What if I can’t find the perfect piece I want on your site?

At EX3 Diamond, we offer custom jewelry creations. If you have a vision in mind, please share it with our professional designers for a one-of-a-kind piece. Start customizing here!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer order cancellations once it’s in progress. We also cannot modify your address due to insurance purposes. If you no longer want/need the item once it arrives, you can return it for a full refund, minus postage. Start your return process here.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we offer returns within 30 days of arrival if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note that all jewelry must be new, unused, and unaltered. Jewelry is inspected upon return for any issues or defects. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Read more about our return policies here.

Can I exchange an order?

We do offer exchanges for any item. If the new item is less expensive, we will process a refund to the original form of payment. If the new item is more expensive, we will invoice you within 24 to 48 hours of the new item’s arrival.

RESIZING AND REPAIRS

Do you offer a warranty for your jewelry?

We offer a six-month warranty on all our jewelry that includes sizing, inspection, cleaning, repairs, and diamond loss under ⅕ of a carat. You may also upgrade your warranty at the time of purchase. Get the details on our warranty here.

Can you resize my ring?

If you purchased the ring through us, we can resize it for up to 180 days from the delivery date. Please reach out to our team for instructions.

How long do repairs and resizing take?

Depending on the service you require, our repairs may take up to 10 business days. Once we’ve completed the repair, we’ll notify you of the shipping time estimate.

APPRAISALS/INSURANCE

Do you offer appraisals?

Yes, you can purchase an appraisal certificate for $39.99 as an upgrade before adding an item to your cart. We have an on-site appraisal that will confirm the authenticity of the item, as well as the full retail value. Our appraisals are recognized by all American insurance companies.

Can I get an appraisal after my item has arrived?

If you want an appraisal on an item that has already been shipped, please contact us at 239.789.2288 for guidance.

Should I insure EX3 Diamond jewelry even though they’re not natural diamonds?

Yes, you should always insure your valuables. We recommend you contact your insurance agency for additional information.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

What payment options do you offer?

EX3 Diamond accepts every major credit card, as well as Paypal and Amazon Pay. We also offer financing.

How do you calculate sales tax?

Sales tax is automatically calculated based on the shipping address you input into the system. This tax may vary by state and county.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationally and internationally. International orders are subject to international shipping rates and prolonged transit times. Additionally, international customers are responsible for vat/customs upon arrival. Find more detailed information about shipping costs here.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our jewelry is made to order, so processing time varies. We will contact you the moment the item is ready to ship.
